Our experience also includes consulting with companies covering a broad range of applications in markets such as commercial trucking, law enforcement, transit authorities, taxi's, emergency vehicles, passenger buses, school buses and armored vehicles. We have a team of highly trained professional installers that will travel to the customer and install the system. General Responsibilities: Our primarily focused at IMS is customer satisfaction. Perform and learn a variety of duties pertaining to MDVR installation on an array of vehicles, there are no two applications alike. In addition to uninstallation of outdated systems, bracket fabrication and any special requests customers may have in regard to installation. Basic troubleshooting of vehicle wiring harness. Specific Responsibilities: Install new DVR's, Cameras, Sensors and Monitors; performs upgrades of service. Manipulates fasteners and/or wire and uses hand tools. Uses customary hand and power tools in performance of job duties. Properly uses a voltage meter to check for opens, shorts or shunts on line, as well as AC and DC voltages. Completes appropriate paperwork functions as prescribed by system management. Climb ladders with proper equipment or other structures as needed. Lifts and carries loads up to 75lbs Works within limited confines, such as those found in crawl spaces. Analyzes picture quality and judges acceptability of picture delivered following installation of service. Drives Company vehicles in performance of job duties. Performs other duties such as cleanup and salvage of outdated systems. Provides general assistance to other employees as directed. Preferences: High school diploma or GED. Trade school training. 3 to 5 years experience. (Automotive or Security) Valid driver's license; satisfactory driving record. Ability to interpret and correctly fill out various work order forms provided by the Company. Ability to interact with customers and co-workers; ability to communicate verbally. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in all weather conditions and at various heights. Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
