I would like to hire a Website Designer - Repost - open to bidding

Over the past year I have been publishing on a personal travel blog, however I am looking to change the format of our brand. I am looking for a website designer to design and build a website on the WordPress format. It will be a multi page site with multiple plug-ins being used. The theme will be around travel and aims to develop into a large travel community. I am looking for someone that is quick to get work done and is able to work closely with myself on the concept I am wanting to develop. If we are able to build a good relationship, the work will be ongoing. In the future I even have plans for more pages and also the development of an app. I look forward to hearing from you to discuss it in more detail.
