Video editor app prototype

Hi, I have detailed the work as I understand it below. EDIT - We will create a django app as detailed in your DjangoProjectBrief. This will contain 3 models - Film, Element and Film_version. The user (we haven't discussed having a user model, I assume for now you're happy for everyone to be able to post etc, this is just a very basic proof on concept?) will be able to upload a video, which will be stored on a hard disk - we need to decide where this is, most likely Amazon? The user will be able to play the video. The user will also be able to add an unlimited number of elements the data for which will be entered in text boxes for now and then stored in the database. The app will use Angular.js for the front end. A MySQL database on the backend and Django will use a restful API to communicate with the app. It will be deployed on a free Heroku instance for testing during development. Obviously there are a couple more questions there that need ironing out but that shouldn't affect the cost. Let me know if any of that seems wrong. or you feel I've missed anything. The milestones are more of an even split than a precise cost breakdown. The website adds on a cost (which I thought was 10% ) so I have bid $500 thinking it would be $550 but it seems to have made it slightly more. Let me know if that's an issue. Thanks, Chis

Hi, First of all I want to say Python is my favorite programming language. Django and Flask are my favorite web frameworks. I built a lot of web apps with Django and Flask, please see my portfolio for this. My favorite web stack is PostgreSQL + Django + AngularJS. My experience with AngularJS is limited compare to the Django but I am confident in my Javascript skills. I am using Amazon AWS,, S3 and RDS in my projects. I done projects in python-django in animation, e-commerce domain. We deployed server to aws server with apache. I used aws-s3 for image and file storage. We used mysql server as database. I used some python and django package like django-cms, django-celery(for cronjob/automation), django-restframework(for api). Basically I am a full stack developer.
