T-Shirt design for Merch By Amazon

I am new to Merch By Amazon so I am looking for someone to design t-shirts for me. If you have knowledge of the business and know how to design shirts that sell, then that is definitely recommended. I would like to start by paying $8 per design to see if you are truly a good designer. And if they are good, then I will increase the pay. We will start with 2 designs, one for halloween and one general. Project Type: Ongoing project You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: How much experience do you have creating t-shirt designs? Have you created t-shirts designs for others using Merch By Amazon? How well have those shirts sold? I would like to see examples of t-shirts you have designed already. CRITERIA - Communicate in English well - Think outside the box - Create quality designs with fast turnaround Pay rate. For this position, I am interested in doing bulk order, but first we will try with 2 designs.
