i would like to create a static website for monitoring values of a device. I need a agency to either help me in selecting the right theme for the project and guide me in arriving at selecting the best theme considering the current and future requirement i am also interested in outsourcing the work to them as additional work .the current budget is just for giving right and variety of choice and selecting the final one Min of atleast 10 or more choice needed Key strengths shoud be : UI,UX,website,mobile design,angular/bootstrap/node
