Reading Club - need Graphics/Logo

My project is: "Trees R Safe - Reading Club" This club is to invite and encourage people to read ebooks instead of paper books and so avoid the felling of forests. The logo and graphics should be related to the protection of the environment and trees. I need: A Logo - (to be included in every ebook and emails) Header and Footer: Related to the project The domain name has to be included in the Header and Footer ( [login to view URL] ) Html page format: (With no text ) Using the header and footer. This page is going to be used in Landing page, Squeeze page, Sales letter, Download page, and Thank you page. The same header and footer is gonna be used in all the letters and probably in the ebook covers. Graphics and html page have to be eyecatching. When the job is done, the graphics have to be delivered in the most used formats for site building (.bmp .jpeg .png), and small and medium size. 1-Logo 1-Header 1-Footer 1-Html page format (with no text) That´s it.
