Not sure if would be a website or a Chrome app that leverages google drive

Not sure if would be a website or a Chrome app that leverages google drive (particularly google sheets). User would input data into one of the following possibilities: 1. Multiple separate google sheets 2. Separate tabs within a sheet. 3. Single sheet with some sort of delimiter to separate objects within a single sheet. Let's call each sheet or tab an "object". The website or Chrome app would be the management interface or organization interface for the "objects". Why is this different from what google drive offers? Capabilities: 1. Creation of containers, drag and drop capability, multi select, open object, edit object, delete object. (all currently present in Google Drive) 2. Ability to have a modifiable status associated to each "object" (ie status1, status2, status3). 3. If status is a "tag", ability to add other tags to each "object" (ie Date, name, owner) 3. Generate some metrics based on status Is this something that's feasible?
