To modify a Wordpress new Website still been worked on by Owner see attached requirement list

I have already started on my website, 100% done, but I need an expert to make it look more professional. The following are the tweaks or modification I require on my SATMAX3 Technologies website:- I have attached a word doc that contains the entire requirement list. 1. The Menu Tabs, when you hover over them, they change color to blue or so, I want to removed the color and make the Menu with solid, bold and bigger letters with readable color. If my logo color can be used, that will be fine to replace the company logo color. But if it will not be readable with the company logo, other color could be used 1a. The company logo on the Home page need to be bigger, bold and more visible 2. Menu or Tab:= IT SERVICES Page The current image with laptops would need to be replaced with another image. The letters , fonts of all the content should be the same ink black color with the same style size, The numbers on listed solutions should be replaced with bullet points instead Below "We also engage in providing Satellite and Internet Services" there should be additional image of a Satellite in Orbit over looking the Earth. 2a. On the same IT SERVICES page: The side bar images and letters with the calendar should be removed and replaced with something to go with the page so the space is not left empty. You can suggest what could go in the space. The entire space from up down the side bar is empty, maybe something should go in there to fill up the space, what do you think ? 3. Home Page:- 3a The Widget content like the "About Us", "Remote Asset", IT SERVICES", their content is not complete, I don't know if that is fine or to add to it. Although the actual pages have the full content. 3b there is missed spelling of the Remote Monitoring; instead it has "Monitoring" which is WRONG. 3c. Below that, the image on the “Automated Passenger Counter" is the wrong image; that has to be replaced. 4. About US page:- 4a the side right-hand side images should be removed. I did think of putting Vendor's tickers, or links to their website but I will do that some other time. SO is the Calendar to be removed. 4b. the laptops image on the below content will need to be replaced with Satellite in space images and Cellular Towers 5. IT Services:- 5a. The image that says "WE MAKE IT WORK FOR YOU. Can be enhanced or replaced with another similar image but I do not have that new image yet. 5b. The right side bar images can be removed as well. maybe a link to each menu could be left instead, what do you think ? 5c. The listed items with numbers; the numbers can be replaced with square bullet point instead 5d. Should the Calendar be left or removed? 5e. The font of the content writing can be changed to reflect a uniform font, size, color. 6. BUS TRANSIT SYSTEM:- 6a. The font, color of the content writing should be changed and made to look the same. 6b. The right side bar images should be removed and or replaced with something else, suggest something.
