Magento expert - Design and Development

I am looking for a expert developer & designer in Magento. I am mainly looking for a freelancer/small set up who understands Magento at a high technical level and who can also design or has a person that can design the front end of the site. Only apply if you know how to create plug in's, modify plug in's, configure plug in's and can customise theme very well.
