Logo refinement, website and brand

Hi Creatives! I am establishing my new consulting business: Three Dots (Business Management Solutions). We provide business management consulting services by creating collaborative and innovative solutions to enhance the employee/customer experience. It is a new business which will partner up with SMEs and established startups to create to solve problem and focus on growth where everyone benefit. We use service design, facilitation and coaching methodology to bring people together and solve problems collaboratively. I am after minimalist, punchy and smart design. Three Dots was inspired by connecting the dots, connecting people, collaboration, connectivity. It also refers to three dots as '… ' meaning 'etc' which allows me to broaden the range of services that I offer or will offer in the future. I have designed a logo that needs to be refined and designed in AI (see attached). From them, I'd like someone to create a website (the structure and visuals) that I will be able to update easily with my content (I have no coding or html skills). I have already secured my domain name. The website will only be an online presence but will not aim at selling anything online, just information on what I offer and invite people to connect. Ideally I'd like to find someone that can look after all my design and website work and advise on brand identity. I am pretty intuitive when it comes to the brand identity as I have had time to think about the concept however will rely on expert stamp!
