Design Home Pages for a Website

We need a Home Page designed for our website. We have purchased a template which can be found here [login to view URL] and we need this theme customised to suit our needs. We have created wireframes based on this theme and need someone to design the user interface with an emphasis on UX. Essentially, it is two home pages as there is the option to change from Candidate Search to Job Search, the look and feel must be the same. It is an employment site, specialising in Nursing, Aged, Disability, Special Needs Child Care and Allied Services. It must be clean and professional but with a warm and welcoming feel. Home Page 1 (see attached) ~ With the button defaulting to Candidate Search ~ Recent Candidates ~ How it Works (please come up with images to match each instruction) (Take out Popular Categories) ~ Subscribe Home Page 2 (see attached) ~ When the user switches to Job Search ~ Featured Jobs ~ How it Works (please come up with images to match each instruction) (Take out Popular Categories) ~ Subscribe The aqua/blue lines that appear in the wireframes do not need to be in the actual design of the Home Pages. We will need more pages designed in the near future so if this project goes well, you can expect more work.
