Create/modify game elements

I need some artwork created and some elements modified for my game located here: [login to view URL] I've attached the PDF that I need broken up so that I can reference/use the elements in the game. 1. Need Starfish to replace stars in levels 2. Need Splash screen to replace the red screen with Start button. 3. Replace Jetski and rider in level 9 4. Need effect to show wind blowing in level 20 and 21. Will need to replace gray rectangles. 5. Need laser tripline bases shown in levels 41 through 48 to replace small squares. 7. Breakup attached PDF menu into jpg or png elements and modify as shown below (A throughF): A. Menu add “Otto, James Otto” below Left Turn Otto title B. Create 4 versions of stars on menu: 1 showing no stars (blue where stars would go), 1 showing 1 star, 1 showing 2 stars and 1 showing 3 stars. C. Take off and separate Star, Trophy and Lock on left side of menu along with the left and right arrow and door. D. Add the text: Otto, James Otto underneath the title at top E. Remove text level and replace with: WORLD F. Create box that I can put underneath WORLD. Box will need to be long enough that I can put text in it such as “World 1 - Windy World”. 8. End game screen with text and graphics “Congratulations! You’ve successfully guided me to all of my homes. My current ones that is. Stay tuned for LTO IV” 9. Variations of Otto on the right side of the cut scene between levels. Variations of Otto would be him holding a pea shooter, with a winter coat on, with winter coat on holding pea shooter. 10. Skip dialog button for cut scene between levels.
