I need a simple, very basic website template so I can edit the html, css in notepad and upload / edit at will via my ftp. I have what I need on a wix page, it is super basic, I can show you on request. each page must be just logo, top navigation, space for titles, subtitles, and body content, image placeholders, and footer. must also be be mobile-friendly. it's a 10 hour max job. I have a logo. only TOP RATED people please.
