3 Page Theme Based Mockups - Wordpress Site - repost

I have a Wordpress theme that I want to have designed into a website. I would like to have a mockup for 3 kinds of pages that I want to have on the site. The site will at first be a version of an existing site (which belongs to us), but I want to make sure the site is completely designed within the theme I have, meaning that I do not want static html pages which cannot be controlled within the CMS. I am including the them with this request, and the amount of this initial project is for the mockups only. I will want you to develop the site completely if I am happy with the mockups. As I mentioned, the theme is attached to this message, please do not publish the site anywhere, because I will need to do so on my own host. The details are: - the site to be replaced is [login to view URL] - the colour choices for the new site should be close to those used on the existing site - there is a live demo of the theme here - [login to view URL] - the 3 mockups that I want are *the homepage (with pink/red coloured themes, not the blue that you see in the live demo) *the girls' page (live example would be [login to view URL]), again, the colouring should match the pink/red, and not be blue *the location page ([login to view URL]) I do not need you to change the text, but I do need to have the mockups as .psd files, so that I can make the changes to the text (for example, using my local locations instead of the European ones). Also, in the theme, there are pictures of flowers, it is fine for you to use these images, and I will replace them with the actual images that I want to use, so please make sure I have layered .psds so I can do this. The images do not have to be high-res, they can be the same ones that are in the live demo. Additionally, there will be some ongoing work required, as we develop different parts of the site. First project - $50 USD - mockups (.psds) Second project - $400 USD - working website based on approved mockups Ongoing project - $200 USD/year with some ad hoc requests to make changes/additions to pages or other aspects of the theme (example - add video gallery page) Please let me know if you are interested in this project.
