Design a PDF file layout

We are working on a software which will generate the output PDF file for our customers when we prepare a proposal or contract for them. We need you to design this layout by putting our logo, keeping the colors of our logo also in the layout and also mention the given company name, address phone etc. You can have a front page different than the following pages. Please see enclosed files. You need to copy the text from attached sample contract and prepare an amazing PDF which really has professionalism. At the end we will give you some data to edit in the final version as the company's name and text is imaginary. You have to provide at least two pages layout, one for the front and one for the following pages. Use any logo from the given attached file. Provide me a sample file before we award you the project. It can be your previous work or one for our company.
