MY Million Dollar Website

I am looking to create MY version of the famous [login to view URL] where the student got people to 'SPONSOR' tiles until they were all purchased. My website will work in reverse, i.e. someone will purchase a tile, and will be shown the eight around them, i.e. 3 x 3 matrix. BUT WHEN all of the tiles have been purchased, ALL of the tiles will be revealed, to show a picture. This will mean that I am looking for the software design to enable this, BUT And most importantly, the security that ALL of the information will NOT be released until all of the timles are purchased. I would also like to alert people to when tiles have been purchased, so thay can check whether thay are around them, and a FINAL email, to ALL purchasers that the final picture is revealed. I want to use this concept also on another website that will reveal tiles on my deciding, but using the same principle. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I am flexible on this, but functionality and security are my MAIN concerns.
