Build a wordpress Website with 5 pages -- 2

Build a website with 5 pages, you need to do that according to our design. You can find it in the attachment. The design has two menus structure. one top menu, one sidebar menu. For the home page, following the design, we need to change the background picture with some plugin and the text one the picture. The background works as a slider. For the inner page, following the design, we need upload the content and related pictures(multiple pictures). For the gallery page, following the design, show picture gallery, but when we upload the pictures, will add tags for them, the tags are used as filter for the about us,following the design, we need a proper backend to upload them for the contact us, following the design
