2 logo designs needed ASAP

I have two brand new start up businesses we I need 2 separate logos designed for. I will need 3 mockups for each logo and then I will pick the one I like the best and with a couple of minor changes Im sure we can be done with this project very quickly. I will need final files in high quality PSD and JPEG formats. These logos will be used for printing on paper and t-shirts, stickers, etc. Also, I like for all my logos and artwork to have depth by using shadows and glow effects, I do not like simple FLAT logos with no shading or character. Logo #1 - EPIC EMPIRE, LLC - this is a real estate investing businesses and I want the logo to be simple, clean, rich and luxurious looking. This logo will be used on materials for rich investors and wealthy business owners, so it must convey wealth and create a great first impression. I would like the logo to have 2 large letter "E's" back to back with one facing backwards. Then there should be a crown on top of the letters with the company name below and then the company motto (Real Investments) under the name. Logo #2 - CCN OWNERSHIP SOLUTIONS, LLC. - This is a business that helps low income families purchase homes. The logo should have the name and motto (Turning renters into Owners) and also a graphic that reflects mobile home real estate investment and happy poeple/family. Use a simple easy to read font. No files attached for this logo, please use your best judgment.
