Graphic Designer for Documents

I want a go-to graphic designer to take my words and plain documents, and make them beautiful. My ideal: You'll be able to read and edit what i have in MS word, and create documents with callouts, sidebars, images, backgrounds, etc etc. you can read my documents and really 'get it', and from what i have, you can create bullet points or make suggestions based on a concept, for a document to really be effective. you might say' i took this paragraph and put in that sidebar, and condensed that paragraph to these two bullets' .... My documents are PDF's for web download, printed materials like brochures and flyers, sometimes posters and banners, etc. You know the 'look and feel' of each of my businesses (I have several) and have the logos and images for each one, and when i say 'i want a new nice PDF (or banner, or brochure) for XX' you have the images ready to go. We'll work together to improve the look and feel of my businesses, and go from plain-jane documents and websites, to professional quality. you can produce docs in whatever program (indesign or word pdf or whatever) that is needed to print, either from online printers like vistaprint, or from my local printer. you can work wit the graphics and make sure they are good enough for print quality. you can send me documents that i can edit the text in to speed up the back and forth. We can work together with skype, dropbox, email, or any other system you prefer, i just can;t do this myself and don;t have time. I have logos and some graphics, but you will be perfectly able to create new graphics as needed. Please look a the attached- these are NOT my businesses, but are examples of the kind of documents i think are good quality and what i'd expect from you, in addition to other sizes, formats, and output . please reply with samples of your work, and how you normally work (hourly or bid) I'm looking for a go-to person i can work with many times over coming months, with lots of small jobs. I really don't; want to go thru extensive bid and interview procedures for every little job. I just want 1 go-to person who does it, knows what i want for quality, is creative and constructive, and appreciates getting paid promptly. you don;t have to know web code- i have others that can do that. I can put money in milestone and release on per job basis, or make other arrangements to suit.
