google spreadsheet script

I have a Google sheet script that extract DATA from URL into a new sheet. Before i tell you want i need i will explain how the script above work. after I'm Pasting a URL into a Single Row, after the script finished running, he extracts the DATA i asked him to and save it into a new sheet. for example: i am pasting 200 URL's, after the script done running he opens me a new sheet with the extracted DATA of the 200 URL's. If i'm adding higher number of URL's 1000+ , i am getting a timeout error, the job is stopped , and i need to start again by giving him much lower numbers of URL's. I looking for a way to help me without the need of me manually copying/pasting the URL's (sitting in front of the computer). one idea i have is to have a sheet that contains all the URL's i want to extract and a script that will copy/paste 200-300 URL's Automatically after the job above is down. that's how i wont have to sit in front of the computer and do it by myself. I'm welcome to hear other ideas.
