In need of a virtual assistant with some IT background and perfect english

Business is growing and currently in need of an assistant to help out with customer relationship (i.e. replying to emails, having skype calls, understanding requirements, assigning tasks to staff). As this is a software development business it would be good if you have any IT background especially with websites. Must be very punctual and perfect with English. Will probably require 5 hours a week to increase to 10 hours a week.

Hi, Your project sounds very interesting and simple enough and I believe that I'll be able to perform the task perfectly. As for my experience, you can see for yourself that I've worked here mainly as a content and article writer; but, I've also done some VA work, which included blog posting, forum posting, data processing and entry, etc. I have experience with programming, web scraping and and I'm currently creating website for promoting my services. Hello, I have read the job description and I'm highly interested. I am an IT professional with more than 8+ years of experience. I have a wide range of skills varying from programming, data analysis and conversion, technical support and other technical knowledge. I have past experience of working in an international environment for a multinational outsourcing company (WIPRO & British Telecom,UK) for more than 3 years. Prior to this, I worked for a software development company. One of my responsibilities there included taking project requirements from clients and passing those to development teams. I have the relevant skills, expertise and experience required for these kind of jobs. I can type fast and accurately. My communication skills in English are excellent. I'm proficient in MS office. I have fast, wired, high speed internet connection. I have an account on Skype and I make use of it for communication with my clients on Freelancer.com and other similar platforms. I have to mention this, that I prefer to work in Australian, Asian or European time zones because US time zone is not suitable to me.
