Design a modular spell system based on Diablo 2

stay awhile and listen Hi, I'm currently working on a tactical rpg using unity so i've already been playing around with ideas for spells. I played diablo 2 quite a while ago but remember at least how the spell system worked. Is this just a game design project or do you require coding as well? I'll lower the bid if it is just design.

Stay a while and listen! I have spent many years modding and playing blizzard games like wc3, diablo 2 since I was young, and I feel very familliar with those games. Designing spell systems and patterns are my passion!
