Buying rights for games - Apps

Hi everyone! My partner and I are right now working on the final details about our new AppGame company/publishing company, we are therefore looking for some great and fun apps with alot of potential that we can market to become a great succes - so do you have an App, but don't really know how to market and see it become an succes, presentate your app for us, and maybe your game will be the next great succes! - Please let me know your price that you are willing to sell the game for, and after my partner and I have tested it out, or have a good understanding about it, I will let you know if this is the right game for us and we will make a contract were you transfer the rights to me.
