French Bilingual Representative

Hi there, I'm a Multilingual Customer support Specialist with a high exposure in customer service, Virtual Assistance and online Social media marketing for almost 10 years. I'm well-versed in email handling, online chat and telephone support when comes to interacting with French, German and English speaking customers. Providing added value information or sorting any type of issues related to the companies' products and services have always been my concern. I'm a detailed oriented person, go-getter, a results driven worker and well-disciplined, determined that strive me for keeping up with outstanding results.
