Online Newsletter and Email Newsletter Edit Needed

If you know how to do html, add a graphic header or have created a html newsletter to post on a site as well as email (aweber a plus) than this is a really easy job for you. I need to move on this quick and expect fast turnaround. I have all content and images. I already have a newsletter template we are using here [login to view URL] I need the following: 1. Switch one of the purple right side banners to a graphic banner I already have created. 2. Change around a few graphic buttons in different order on the upper right hand sidebar. 3. Edit the content in lower orange right sidebar 4. Change the 3 main articles with articles already published on site, possibly resizing the images. 5. post the newsletter to a unique URL 6. Add the newsletter to Aweber, our online autoresponder software system inside a message (you can use the prior broadcast messages as a guide) 7. Test the email message in email clients for compatability (Eudora MAC, YahooMail, Gmail, Aol, Outlook, Firefox, Internet Explorer). Send test email to me for approval prior to getting paid. If this gig is successful, this will lead to a monthly recurring gig and perhaps other work.
