Forex News Software

I am looking for software that can pull numbers from a news feed such as bloomberg or reuters or a cheaper one like esignal if the news is fast enough. I need to be able to input numbers into the software before the news as triggers, for example if the news is expected to be something like 2.5% I want to be able to say if the number is 2.3% or less trigger a sell and 2.7% or more trigger a buy. I need to be able to easily set the trigger numbers for each news announcement. The trigger will be an audio recording like BUY BUY, or SELL SELL, something I can record myself. It does not need to link to a platform for automataded trading. I just want something to read the news and to get an instant audio signal.
