adjust a flsh template

here it is in a page : [login to view URL] I want to insert the flsh below my menu system and have it resize automaticly If you look at the flash alone it will resize to any size. You can view the flash at: [login to view URL] 2) I also want to modify the flash a couple of ways. a) Replace the logo with a animated genie bottle that sprays out the smoke (the smoke that makes the servers) and makes a hissing sound while doing that. Remove the top menu system, and replace some of the information in the bottom links. b) Same as above but keeping the menu system, but making changes to it.
