Logo Generator website

Hi, I'm looking for someone to help me develop my logo generator website. I'm basically looking for someone to create the system that will enable people to design a logo and then purchase the logo on the website. My initial example is available here [login to view URL] I need an administration back end that the admin can use to add new images, and I need a sign in to enable users to sign in and create their own logos, and then save and purchase them. I don't expect someone to create all the graphics for the logos. Any graphics designer will be able to login to the website and add their logos and get paid comission if their graphics are used. I can fully fund this project. I just need someone with the creative skills and programming ability. It will start of as a small project but there will be plenty of future work if you have the ability. Thanks
