FLASH PROJECT DESIGN CREATED NEEDS FLASH ANIMATION part 2

I have a psd created with the design I would like and it has been approved by the customer. I need someone who is well trained and has a lot of experience in creating flash designs. I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE RELIABLE THAT I CAN TRUST AND THAT CAN COMPLETE ALL MY FLASH WORK FROM NOW ON SO I DONT HAVE TO POST EVERYTIME I NEED SOMETHING. I have 3 things that need to created in the flash 1. I flash welcome page which is width="998" height="570". I have all the psd files and everything set all i need i someone to animate it. I will give screenshots of the loading, and homepage along with direction on what I would like each item to do. Please note I have 1 requirement. In the flash on the homepage there will be three buttons I need to be able to update these buttons every week but I do not want to go into the flash and update them I just want to be able to update the files within a certain folder on my server and they be updated in the flash. 2. I need a music player with the basic functions, play, start, stop. All it has to do is play 1 song. The design for this will be up to you so you can use your creativity. All i would need is to be able to update the song from month to month. 3. I need a customized banner something like [login to view URL] I have the design created and will be giving you the design to implement. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PUT ANY OF THIS WORK ON YOUR PORTFOLIO. If this goes well there will be a lot more work coming to this freelancer. PM for more details.
