Flash Intro to add at the begining of any flash game

I Need someone to design a flash game intro for a flash game website to add to any game i have a flash website so i need a designer to make a 5-10 second flash animation to be introduced at the beginning of the games we own So if you are not clear im looking for something like armor games has at the beginning of each game that intro flash that represents their site Our mascot ( a blood drop guy) will come on the screen with 2 syringes in the back he will pull them out and throw them at the screen and the glass will crack ( glass representing the screen ) and then the blood from the syringes drop and they write the name of the site and the second syringe will write the subtitle It will be great if you can show me some mock ups of the mascot ( blood drop ) All you need is really good skills in flash nothing else. i need a good animator to create a simple flash intro but to look amazing
