Tamil Video Tutorial Making

Hi., I need some PhotoShop, .NET, Flash experts to make "new & fresh" onscreen video tutorials(you do not need to appear in video). And you have to explain them in "Tamil". This will be a monthly or pay per video based project. Your video will be published in a reputed online tamil magazine. And 100s of readers will listen to your video freely. Along with money your work will get popular as well. You must be available over phone & should sign in a "content license" agreement with our magazine. You must have very high amount of "interest" in designing and have good experience in it. If you worry anything about your voice, Then dont worry., Just record videos based on your voice & we will re-record it with one of our co-editors. What I need overall is., An Expert in Photoshop or Flash or .NET, who can communicate good in Tamil. One condition is., Your video must be fresh & made by you only. Do not steal videos from youtube or other sources & playback your voice. We will never publish such lazy guy's videos in our mag :) PM me with your details.
