Mining Projects Flash Map

We are currently designing a Flash based web-application for a large international corporation and are currently evaluating possible candidates to whom outsource the programming aspect of the project. The Project consists on a Web Application that allows user to Search / Add / Edit several mining operations across an interactive world map. The user will have the option to select operations by a wide range of classifications. In addition to this function, we also want to add flexibility to the system, by allowing user with the appropriate permission level to insert additional classification. Key Requirement for the Application: Accessible to multiple users via Internet Quick and User friendly Able to add restrict certain areas to certain users Export reports on Excel The project must be delivered approximately 2 month from the contracted date.
