Social Media Marketing

I need someone to review current company's website and create future media marketing plan / campaign. So, freelancer basically needs to examine current situation, determine company's current market position and say what needs to be done to improve company's position on local market and how to do it. We need to reach local market only (4 million people) with a planned budget. Campaign should include: -rebuilding a website (you will NOT do that, you will just give pointers on what website should include/feature) -google ad words / campaigns -google display network -facebook campaigns -posts etc... Final goal is: -to make company more recognizable via Internet, at least to customers looking to buy products that company sells -increase number of likes on company's Facebook page Just to be clear, freelancer will have advisory role. No actual work will be involved.
