Python Developer for Data Processing Project

I am looking for a skilled Python developer for a data processing project. I already have a set of code which requires some modifications. Although I haven't specified the modifications, the applicant must be knowledgeable in the following areas: The output files must be in csv (delimiter,) Within the input files, the decimal separator is a "," it should be modified with a ".". Furthermore, some numbers are separated with spaces, you must remove all the spaces, For the final export, each file must be less than 10,000 lines; it will therefore be necessary to separate the different files The output files generated from the code must be in a CSV format with a delimiter.
