We are team of industrial and mechanical engineers. We have experience in Excel and I have checked how to design Markov chains in Excel before giving this bid. It will be new for us to design a Markov chain this long, but I think we'll be able to do this. Only question is, what are the input parameters? I think there are just 4: probability of winnings in normal game and probability of winnings in tiebreakers. With these parameters, I think the problem is doable.
