I am in need of a guest booking recorder and am looking for an expert freelancer to create a listing on Freelancer.com that will meet my needs. The guest booking information I require recording includes basic contact information as well as stay dates. I do not require taking payments and I do need to be able to access this information remotely, so long as an internet connection is available. The ideal freelancer for this project will have the skill and experience to create a system that meets my needs. Fields include Guest name, date from, date to, payout, cleaning fee and then two additional columns calculated from payout and cleaning fee with a given formula for commission and final payout. An Ideal solution would have a front page for booking entry which would populate an easily readable chronological database which can be readily edited should guest bookings be cancelled or changed. The database should also be easily converted into a monthly report showing total takings, cleaning fees, commission. and final payout a perfect solution would further populated a separate shared sheet accessible by a cleaning team with the date of check out. The solution should be scalable by additional properties and easy for the user to add new listings which can all be reported separately or in defined groupings. Manual versions of an existing solution exist and can be shared to bring to life the requirements. Attached are some examples The a simple solution is preferred

Well - Ill describe you which options are available for you 1- web app - we can build it in usual LAMP server (linux apache mysql php) - you will have to pay every month to provider for this server. All depends on which server to buy etc. Basic servers are 10-15 eur / month Design will be basic (Im not designer) or we can choose some ready theme (from themeforest or codecanyon) and ill implement it. We must discuss details. Im experienced web developer 2- we can try to build it based on Google Spreadsheet + Google Forms + Google script automation. Im professional in it too. I made many automations. This method has some restrictions - for example Google Form cant be too "live" - it cant show any dynamic data etc. User just can choose some fields and send it to Google server and then my script can react somehow - for example add needed info to Google tables (everywhere where its needed and in every form its needed) + send some notifications - really Google Script is very powerful. But it will not show nothing at the same page. Also is availabel Google Web App mode - its like website stored on Google - you will not need to pay for server and it will have access to Google Spreadsheet and all the functionality of Google Script. But I need to research it also - because Im not sure how it works - this technology I used only once or twice for my own experiments.
