I'm a US born and based software developer with 15 years+ of VBA excel macro development experience as well as other languages. I just actually completed my first Freelancer.com gig of macro work in Excel similar to the automation you request(but with travel sites), and the client is very happy. It's straight forward actually. I'm sure I'm not the least expensive, but I have learned that doing it correctly the first time is the way to go. By the way, please notice that I do not ask for any initial payment.
