I have a year of experience as an Administrative Officer for Toyota Marilao, Bulacan Inc., and Toyota Plaridel, Bulacan Inc.
I have a strong command in English, I was an Administrative Officer who was responsible for handling data entry. During my assignment in both Toyota Marilao and Plaridel, Bulacan it’s my duty to handle every car, client, and every service provided including their price cost used for each project and managing manpower for efficiency. During my time at Toyota, I was given the responsibility of increasing the possible work coming, for they have limited work bay for incoming projects. I explained to my manager that I would be happy to do so and that I would also work hard to increase incoming repairs because engagement has become an important metric.
I can commit more than 40 hours a week, in my previous employment within two months, I researched, filed every workload left out by the previous employee that left 6 months worth of files unprocessed. After that, managing the distribution of work for every employee, after that, it increased our work capacity for almost 50%. I’m very proud of that accomplishment. I also handled emails in Toyota since I also happened to serve as an HR Assistant. Currently, I’m looking for a part-time job, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to offer you both my skills in administration.
