I'm in need of an assistant to help manage a few key administrative tasks on a weekly basis. This involves: - Data Entry: Compiling and entering data into Microsoft Excel. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount here. Proficiency in Excel is required. - Email Management: Keeping my inbox decluttered is essential. You'll be responsible for sorting, organising and replying to emails as necessary. Prior experience in Outlook would be an advantage. - Document Organization: This task will involve sorting and filing various office documents particularly Word files in a structured manner. Knowledge of effective document management techniques will be a useful skill. Given that the volume of data to be managed is not overly high, I'd expect these tasks to be managed efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail. Only freelancers with demonstrable experience in these areas should consider bidding.
