Ejabberd (XMPP) expert needed to fix bottleneck

OVERVIEW We have an ejabberd server used for messaging, it is hitting throttling issues on relatively low message volumes due to a known (unresolved) bug: [login to view URL] We need an EXPERT with ejabberd (XMPP) to optimize/put in a temporary fix to improve performance and where necessary apply a longer term fix (eg. fix the bug or upgrade) to ensure robust message volumes can be handled. We require a PROFESSIONAL. Someone who can work consistently, to time and budget, who is available during standard business hours and who does not disappear on a whim/manufacture excuses for absence. If you have a history of absence or unprofessional conduct/communication do not bid for this project. This will be an ongoing project. PAYMENT Payment will be made in milestones. Hours will be billable only when the milestone has been completed. For the avoidance of doubt, completion shall be judged solely by us. Thanks
