The girl is speaking Chinese and speaks very little English. You should not speak Chinese. Only US native speaker pls.
We need you to video chat with the girl in English once or twice every week. If you two chat very well, you may chat even more time. It should be at fixed time slot, for example, 7-8AM, or 7-8PM.
You should teach the girl speaking English during chat. It does not need to be formal at all. Just like chatting with a neighborhood child.
Some material material may be used. For example, we have elementary school content from K1-K6. We can send them to you and you can use the content there and chat/discuss with the girl about them.
