Our android app is visited by more than 100,000 users daily. The app has a dedicated built-in helpline which allows our growing user base to interact with us. We receive few queries, feedback, suggestions from our growing user base and need someone to track and respond to these. This helps us maintain customer engagement, and increase the lifetime value of each customer. Skills - Strong communication skills, and strong grasp on Assamese language and English grammar is a must. Past Experience - Past experience with customer support and engagement is a plus. Skills: Hindi, English, Assamese. Remuneration - INR 12,000 - INR 15,000 / month

Understood the requirement but not clear about the work schedule. Is this a time bound project for a month so or the expectation is few hours per day? Cost will be proposed accordingly. Being a native Assamese and in the translation field for more than 10 years and having worked for national as well as international clients, I consider myself well equipped for such kind of work.
