We are looking for someone to join on customer support team (Tier 1). A fairly complete knowledge base and troubleshooting steps will be provided. We need someone who can respond to all inquiries within 24 hours of being posted (email notifications can be setup). Near perfect written English is required. As with any customer-facing role, a professional attitude and ability to quickly adapt and provide solutions and courses of actions based on the information at your disposal is critical.

Hello, my name is Pablo Rosales and I live in Nicaragua. I am very organized, very efficient and very professional. I am also very friendly and patient when it comes to dealing with customers over the phone. I have a Bachelors in Management from an USA University. Have done numerous inbound/outbound calling projects. From selling cellular phones, offering a rate reduction in a company's monthly phone bill, selling remodeling/construction services to selling a tennant computerized system. I would love to win this bid. I am new to Freelancer, and this would be a perfect project to get my foot in the door. 15 hours per month is a perfect amount of extra hours that I need to supplement my regular job. HELLO :) I HAVE WORKED IN AN EMPLOYED VIRTUAL ROLE FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS, I apologise for resorting to cheap tricks like using capital letters to grab your attention, but I wouldn't want you to miss out on the opportunity to hire me! As I am new to freelancing my lack of feedback on this site gives a very false impression of my fantastic experience and skills.
