I need an electromagnetic engineer to design a layout for an induction coil using 40/50 HPN 1 Twist (34 awg equivalent) Litz Wire. This is a pancake coil design. The following are the specifications: Surface to be heated = 16" Dia. Material = 400 Series steel Housing = 304 Series steel Power Supply = 36v 16a or 12v 20a This coil design will be laid out 3 times before returning to the power supply. Please see drawings. Please also do a calculation for 4 times as well. For the 3 times layout, we will need each laid out coil to produce 192w for a total of 576w for the whole layout. For the 4 times layout, we will need each coil to produce 144w for a total of 576w for the whole layout. Need done asap. Please inquire immediately.

Also, I have got high proficiency in 3D CAD modelling using Autodesk Inventor, hence I will be using Inventor for modelling your designs.
