Hello, Thanks for posting the project. There is no functional difference between LM339AD and 339A, operating temperature or packaging type etc may be different. In my opinion what is first required is a buffer circuit in between the hall sensor output and input to the LM339. If that does not solve the problem we should work on other things. Hi, In the shared circuit the chip is configured in comparator mode. If you want to replicate exactly the behavior of circuit 1 with circuit 2(i.e, comparator triggers output when it exceeds the threshold of -ve input) why don't you use the digital output of circuit 1 to copy using voltage follower or some gate circuits in place circuit 2. it makes you job easier.
