It's a electronic board to be used in a GPS-aided inertial navigation system. The developer must design a board (hardware and firmware) with Pic24 microcontroller, Accelerometer IC, Gyroscope IC and GPS NEO-6Q (must be u-blox NEO-6Q). The accelerometer and gyroscope must be used by the microcontroller to calculate the position when the GPS signal is lost. The Dead Reckoning algorithm must be implemented inside the microcontroller, can not be used a GPS module with Dead Reckoning algorithm inside. The board must have a RS-232 interface to allow the reading of the coordinates using a software like Hyperterminal.
