Dear, I have 7 years experiance in electronic design. I already made some similar things. I have great experiance with small bluetooth chips and making small PCBs. I can do schematic, PCB design and code for this. Also can find smallest types of LEDs if you need small displays. I pay attention to many parasitic effects on board so can achieve max BLE range.
