I need a programmer for Arduino Uno/USB Midi

I am an Electrical Engineer having specialization in Electronics Control and Power, teaching at well known University in Pakistan. I have done my BS degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power. Also i hire many persons in my Company for freelancing. I have worked on projects for developing shields for Arduino and Raspberry Pi. For Arduino I had worked on projects for 1. Motor driver for small machining operation. 2. Controller for watering plants. 3. Basic Home Automation. What I understood is you need a PCB layout for accommodating 12 Shift Registers and provide connector for connecting the button PCB and for sending data to Arduino.
