Easy Code school HW problem1

You will have to take a .txt file containing weather data and another .txt file containing month numbers and average temperatures in Fahrenheit, and use these report them into an output file. It will have to report *month # *chart of wind speed, direction, Fahrenheit and Celsius temperatures, and wind chill in both scales. *Report a chart of average temperatures for winter months Dec-March *Report the difference between the computed average temp and historical average for that month / Rules *Can't use global variables *function cannot input or output. Just pass the data and return the answer *function prototype foes above main, with the body below main. *functions must have pre/post comments The code itself is very easy to write, it should be a job that can be done in about 30-60 minutes. Once you've accepted the job ill send the .txt files and a sample of what the final product should look like. Budget of 40$ for entire project.
