Hi,I understand what is required you want a mosquito repellent with features such as frequency, chemical and suction based features this can be accomplished easily by using a microcontroller handle all these features as it will handle the high frequency generation (38khz) this will be used with special piezo transducers and for the chemical based feature I think it would be better to either have this sprayed on timely bases such as night times although this can be programmed to have different modes whereby each mode has the task it is performing.
